COMPANY OFFICERS



John is the founder and President of Upcon Property Services, Inc. John incorporated the original Upcon firm in 1965 to provide city planning, architectural and engineering consulting services to municipal and private sector clients. In 1982 Upcon expanded its capabilities to include the mortgage industry’s growing need for comprehensive field services. John works closely with clients to design and deliver the scope of necessary services.

John is a Certified Construction Inspector, a member and former officer of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering.



Jim is the Information Technology Officer and member of the Upcon staff since 1989. He is responsible for the design, development and operation of Upcon’s custom data processing system and manages the Property Preservation Division. With more than 40 years experience identifying, serving and solving customer requirements, Jim is uniquely qualified to work effectively with our clients and nationwide network of field inspectors.



Mark is responsible for Human Resources and Customer Relations and has been a member of the Upcon team since 1982. In addition to his Upcon responsibilities, Mark has extensive experience in the golf industry. He was project manager for the construction of an award winning three-tier golf driving range and held senior management positions at Midwest golf courses. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance.
