COMPANY OFFICERS

John S. Rader
John is the founder and President of Upcon Property Services, Inc. John incorporated the original Upcon firm in 1965 to provide city planning, architectural and engineering consulting services to municipal and private sector clients. In 1982 Upcon expanded its capabilities to include the mortgage industry’s growing need for comprehensive field services. John works closely with clients to design and deliver the scope of necessary services.

John is a Certified Construction Inspector, a member and former officer of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) and The Association of Construction Inspectors (ACI). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Engineering.


James Rubietta
Jim is the Information Technology Officer and member of the Upcon staff since 1989. He is responsible for the design, development and operation of Upcon’s custom data processing system and manages the Property Preservation Division. With more than 40 years experience identifying, serving and solving customer requirements, Jim is uniquely qualified to work effectively with our clients and nationwide network of field inspectors.


Jim B. Rader
Jim is in charge of managing the field staff, performing field inspections and preparing summary reports for clients. Jim has over 12 years of experience managing commercial and retail projects for a national architectural firm prior to joining Upcon. His duties included field surveying buildings, developing construction plans, coordinating project work with Owners, Landlords, Builders and various municipalities around the country. He is a Licensed Home Inspector and is a member of International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi) and The Association of Construction Inspectors (ACI).
